Chalk Artist INFORMATION

If you are interested in participating in the Chalk Art Faire at the festival -- please email:

We welcome artists of all backgrounds to display art related to Día de los Muertos (absolutely no Halloween themes images and if you choose to use skulls, they need to be in culturally appropriate related to Día de los Muertos please).

If you can send us a sketch of your proposed art work that would be preferred.

There is no charge to do a display and artists are accepted as space permits.

Chalk Artists will be provided pastel chalk, lunch and water but please feel free to bring your own preferred materials, snacks and a water bottle.

Please know that this is a Rain-or-Shine event and the weather often changes throughout the day.

If you are unable to attend after registering, kindly let us know so that someone else can participate.

For the 2025 festival, the Chalk Art Faire will be located in the COMMUNITY ZONE along Owensmouth Ave. (just north of the intersection of Sherman Way.)

Set-up information will be sent out prior to the event by our Chalk Art Coordinator Quincy.
