For registered vendors:
Due to increased costs, we will no longer be providing canopy/tent rentals for vendors so please plan accordingly.
Please know that this is a Rain-or-Shine event therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
ALL participants must carry their own insurance.
Please read below for general information regarding the event and load-in details.
A final email will be sent out Saturday prior to the event - be sure to check your inbox and doesn't go to spam.

The event will take place: Sunday November 5th, 2023 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. On Sherman Way Between Topanga Canyon Blvd. and Canoga Ave.

VENDOR Check-in booth details will be emailed to all registered & paid vendors by Saturday before the event. Please be patient with our small staff of community members who are juggling multiple roles so that the festival can happen.
Main Street Canoga Park’s 23rd Annual Dia de los Muertos Family Festival
VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ ALL

Thank you for being a vendor at our event! We are excited to have you whether you are new or returning and wish you a wonderful & successful day at the festival! Please see below for some details regarding the check-in process:
● Vendor check-in is from 7 am to 9 am.
● All vehicles must be off of the street by 9:15 am SHARP.
● Due to L.A.F.D. regulations there will be no LATE check-ins or EARLY DEPARTURES permitted. All street closure rules must be respected - no exceptions. (Vendors in violation put our festival at risk and unfortunately will not be welcomed back next year.)
● The check-in booth will be located at the corner of Sherman Way & Alabama Ave.
Please enter from the NORTH side of Sherman Way via Wyandotte St. (on east end of festival near Canoga Ave.)
● At the check-in table you will be given your booth location. On-site staff can not make changes to your booth location so please do not ask. Your cooperation is appreciated.
● Vendors must stop selling by 5pm SHARP so that pedestrians are encouraged to leave, vendors can pack up safely and the street is prepared to reopen.
● You are responsible for your own trash removal. Please do not leave it on the street or use the trash cans on the street. There will be a dumpster that you can use - site to be announced. Vendors who leave trash on their site will not be allowed next year. Please respect the community of Canoga Park that hosts the event.
● Event is Rain or Shine. All sales are Final.

INSTRUCCIONES DE REGISTRO PARA EL VENDEDOR
¡Gracias por ser un proveedor en nuestro evento! ¡Estamos emocionados de tenerlo, ya sea que
sea nuevo o regrese, y le deseamos un día maravilloso y exitoso en el festival! Consulte a continuación algunos detalles sobre el proceso de registro:
● El registro de proveedores es de 7 am a 9 am.
● Todos los vehículos deben estar fuera de la calle a las 9:15 am EN PUNTO.
● Debido a la regulaciones del departamento de bomberos no se permitirá el registro
TARDE ni abandonar el evento temprano. Se deben respetar todas las reglas de
cierre de calles, sin excepciones. (Los vendedores que incumplen ponen en riesgo
nuestro festival y, lamentablemente, no serán bienvenidos el próximo año).
● La mesa de registro estará ubicada en la esquina de Sherman Way y Alabama Ave.
Ingrese desde el lado NORTE de Sherman Way a través de Wyandotte St. saliendo
de Canoga Ave.
● En la mesa de registro se le indicará la ubicación de su puesto. El personal en el sitio
no puede hacer cambios en la ubicación de su puesto, así que no pregunte. Su
cooperación será muy apreciada.
● Los vendedores deben dejar de vender a las 5 p. m. EN PUNTO para que los
peatones se animen a irse, los vendedores puedan empacar de manera segura y la
calle esté preparada para reabrir.
● Usted es responsable de su propia recolección de basura. Por favor, no lo dejes en
la calle. Habrá un contenedor de basura que se puede usar.
● El evento se llevaba a cabo con o sin lluvia.. Todas las ventas son finales.
